Easter at the Dump

The families at the city dump continue to be in limbo over the federal law that will be closing down the current dump, and opening a more sanitary landfill. They have been promised 70 new homes, located across town, by May.
Unfortunately, those homes have not been begun yet, and the government hasn't been out to visit the people or even inform them of any changes. The community is chaotic with rumors of what will and will not happen. The people are divided on if they even want to leave: yes, it would be a new home, but would they be taken care of? Their current situation is not good in any light, but it is all they know.
In the midst of all of this, Massa Humana and Living Stones celebrated Easter with the children, sharing the love and sacrifice of Christ. All that gets captured on camera is the chocolate:
